The first step in scheduling an appointment is making sure Move It Physical Therapy is the right choice for you. Contact us directly by phone or email and tell us about yourself, your situation, and your goals for physical therapy. 

Once we have determined if Move It is right for you, we will schedule a time that fits your schedule for your initial appointment.

Once you are scheduled, we will send you the necessary paperwork to be completed prior to your first appointment. We understand that paperwork is often tedious in medical offices, so we have simplified the process as much as possible. Initial appointments are an hour evaluative session. During this initial examination, a thorough evaluation will be performed in order to determine the best individualized program for you moving forward. Based on this, we will recommend the frequency and duration for your plan of care.

After the initial visit, appointment duration will vary depending on what fits your goals/needs and schedule. This is one of the advantages of customized care delivered directly to you!

At Move It Physical Therapy, transparency is important to us.

We offer a Pre-appointment consultation (5-10 minute phone/video call) at no cost to make sure we are the right fit for you, and that we can address your needs.

We have flexible appointment times, and offer 30, 45, or 60 minute appointments. Package discounts are available when purchasing 5 or 10 visits. Finally, we also offer Telehealth services in case you prefer to have your care delivered virtually at this time.
