Wellness Check-Up

Prevention is the best Medicine! Many orthopedic injuries occur when repetitive stress is placed on areas of the body that have restrictions. For example, runners often experience knee pain because of an underlying muscle imbalance in their hip musculature. Identifying restrictions and impairments before they become problematic is the key to staying healthy and continuing to perform the acitivites we love.
At Move It Physical Therapy, we offer a Wellness Check-Up. During this 60 minute session, a Doctor of Physical Therapy will perform a thorough evaluation and identify potential problem areas. Based on this assessment, we will recommend an individualized plan for you if necessary, in order to to keep you active and healthy!
